About the Role

We are partnering with a well-established GP practice in Manchester looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who wants to make a real impact on patient care in a supportive and modern clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality patient care including vaccinations, immunisations, and chronic disease management

  
  

• Conducting health checks, wound care, smears, and screenings

  
  

• Providing advice on lifestyle and health promotion

  
  

• Supporting the practice with clinical governance and accurate record-keeping

  
  Candidate Requirements

  • NMC-registered nurse with current registration

    
    

  • Previous experience in a GP practice preferred

    
    

  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently

    
    

  • Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
