Crynodeb
Be responsible for managing a complex clinical caseload from assessment to discharge/transfer of care, in order to facilitate a timely and safe discharge from hospital. Plan, deliver and progress treatment interventions using clinical reasoning and decision making skills in order to work towards and achieve identified patient goals. To facilitate annual appraisal and personal development planning for relevant members of the Physiotherapy Team. To participate in the induction of Physiotherapy Staff To support students whilst on placements. Please see attached job description for more information.
