Crynodeb
The post holder will work closely with Directorate teams across all sites to provide an administrative service to support the elective pathway. To liaise with the other departments to ensure all patients have a booked first appointment, investigation and procedure. Report to the Management team any deviations from process. Undertake validation and corrections to RTT pathways ensuring the pathway is kept up to date. Establish good working relationships in order to improve the coordination of the patient journey. To provide support to elective projects as required. To support all services and cross cover the other members of the team during periods of annual leave or absence.
