Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and monitoring rent collection

• Responding to and coordinating maintenance issues
• Creating and uploading marketing content for new lettings and sales listings on property portals
• Monitoring lettings and sales progression
• Providing general administrative support to colleagues

• Previous experience in a property, lettings, estate agency or property management environment preferred
• Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
• Confident, articulate and professional when dealing with clients and customers
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Knowledge of property legislation and familiarity with online agency/property management software advantageous (training will be provided)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, independent agency offering a varied and engaging role within a professional yet friendly environment.
Benefits:
• Weekly pay via Elite Personnel
• Holiday Pay
• Pension
• Free Parking
Please note: We will require a copy of your UK right to work documentation before an application can be progressed.
Due to the unprecedented volume of response we are currently receiving, regrettably we are no longer able to respond to every application individually. If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, please assume your application for this role has been unsuccessful. We do read each CV carefully and if the situation changes or another potentially suitable role becomes active, we will be back in contact.
