As anEmployability & Skills TeamLeader, you will supervise and support a team of Employment Advisors, ensuring they deliver high-quality services while meeting performance, quality, and compliance targets.

This is a leadership role with clear accountability.

AsanEmployability & Skills TeamLeader, you will:

  • Lead frontline teams delivering employability services
  • Drive performance against contractual KPIs and outcome targets
  • Monitor quality, compliance and data integrity
  • Support the team in vocational profiling, job searching, CV development, and interview preparation.
  • Support and challenge managers and advisors
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders

You will balance purpose with commercial discipline.

You will create a culture of accountability, professionalism and pride.


What You Will Do

You will:

  • Own performance delivery across your team of Employment Advisors
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Address underperformance constructively and decisively
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, safeguarding and data requirements
  • Represent Get Set UK with external partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

This role requires strong organisational ability, clarity indecision-making and confidence inholding standards.
