As anEmployability & Skills TeamLeader, you will supervise and support a team of Employment Advisors, ensuring they deliver high-quality services while meeting performance, quality, and compliance targets.

AsanEmployability & Skills TeamLeader, you will:
- Lead frontline teams delivering employability services
- Drive performance against contractual KPIs and outcome targets
- Monitor quality, compliance and data integrity
- Support the team in vocational profiling, job searching, CV development, and interview preparation.
- Support and challenge managers and advisors
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders
You will balance purpose with commercial discipline.
You will create a culture of accountability, professionalism and pride.
What You Will Do
You will:
- Own performance delivery across your team of Employment Advisors
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Address underperformance constructively and decisively
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safeguarding and data requirements
- Represent Get Set UK with external partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
This role requires strong organisational ability, clarity indecision-making and confidence inholding standards.
