Year 6 Teacher (Part-Time – 2 Days per Week)
We are looking to appoint a motivated and committed Year 6 Teacher to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis for 2 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity to work within Upper Key Stage 2 and support pupils during this important stage of their primary education.

Working Pattern: Flexible (to be agreed across 2 days)
About the RoleYou will be responsible for teaching a Year 6 class across two days each week, working collaboratively with the class teacher and wider team to ensure continuity and high standards.

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Some existing planning is in place however some planning will be required

Marking and assessment responsibilities must be completed in line with school policy

Support pupils in preparation for end-of-year expectations

Contribute positively to the wider school community
✅ The Ideal Candidate Will:-
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 6 experience desirable)

Be confident in delivering core subjects

Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
-
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure consistency for pupils
