This is an exciting opportunity to join the Student Accommodation Service at The University of St Andrews. You can join one of the worlds leading universities and help shape the student experience.

You will work closely with the Accommodation Manager and 3 Accommodation Assistants in all aspects of the Student Accommodation Journey. This includes advertising the accommodation, managing the application process for different cohorts of students, allocating accommodation and managing contractual issues. The University manages over 4000 bedspaces across 13 sites, plus managed properties in St Andrews.

You will work with other areas within Residential and Business Services and other departments in the University including Admissions, Registry and Student Services ensuring a smooth and efficient accommodation process that supports student satisfaction and wellbeing.

You will be working in a fast paced environment dealing with student and parent enquiries and excellent IT skills, including managing complex spreadsheets is essential.
