Crynodeb
The International Education and Lifelong Learning Institute (IELLI) requires an administrator to join IELLI’s administrative team, reporting to the Deputy Operations Coordinator. The administrator will play a key role in supporting the Laidlaw Scholar programme for approximately 60% of the role, as well as providing a range of administrative support for the wider IELLI programmes for approximately 40% of the role.
Regarding the Laidlaw Scholar programme, the administrator will have responsibility for providing administrative support for all aspects of the programme, including publicity, scholar recruitment, event management, scholar support, and financial and programme reporting. General administrative support for IELLI will include administering CELPiE (Community for Evidence-Led Practice in Education), STARIS (St Andrews Research Internship Scheme) and STEP (Summer Teams Enterprise Programme), as well as assisting with record keeping for events and workshops, providing event management support, and minute taking at meetings.
Applicants should be educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent, and have relevant administrative experience in an office environment. They should also have excellent communication, IT and customer service skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
