What you'll be doing: Customer Support Advisor
You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat. You'll help users with:
Registration and scheduling
Assessment delivery and results
Documentation and exam procedures
General queries that need clarity and reassurance
You'll log everything accurately, follow process properly and escalate when needed. Its structured, fast-paced and highly organised.
The hours (important – please read): Customer Support Advisor
45 hours per week
On-site in Belfast, 5 days per week
April–June: full flexibility required between 8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday (peak period)
Other months: typically 8am–5pm
If you need fixed hours or cant commit to peak flexibility, this wont be the right fit.
