Crynodeb
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support the Payroll process and help co-ordinate the HR inbox, as we receive so many
variations and messages to process each month.
This involves inputting into the HR system, liaising with team and Council colleagues, running reports, checking information and
also being very good with numbers, accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when undertaking routine/repetitive tasks.
Outside of Payroll, you will also help with gathering information and writing responses to regular information requests, such as
the Office of National Statistics, FOIs and pension returns.

You should have
• Good numeracy skills
• Good communications skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Office 365
• The ability to use HR systems and administration processes
• The ability to manipulate HR data
• Ability to create and document administrative processes and scrutinise workflow steps
• Ability to learn digital systems, ways of working and software quickly
• Ability to work in an environment of strict confidentiality
• A methodical and highly organised approach to managing a workload
• Confidence to challenge members of staff and managers in working with HR processes
