We require either a 37 hour per week full-time post offered as early/late shift on alternate weeks or compressed over 4 days.
Early shift is 7.40am to 4pm, late shift is 9.55am to 6.15pm with an hour for lunch break. You are paid for a one hour staff meeting each month and two 40 minute working lunches each month.
Compressed hours option 1: over 4 days starts at 7.45am and finishes at 6pm with an hour for lunch break. You will attend a one hour staff meeting each month and two 40-minute working lunches each month, you will accrue time owed for these meetings.
Compressed hours option 2: over 4 days starts at 8am and finishes at 6.15pm with an hour for lunch break. You will attend a one hour staff meeting each month and two 40-minute working lunches each month, you will accrue time owed for these meetings.

You will be a keyworker for a group of children and be part of an established, experienced team of staff to meet the needs of individual children’s needs by completing relevant paperwork and working to the revised EYFS. You will model positive social interaction and play to provide exciting learning experiences. All staff are required to demonstrate inclusive practice at all times.

The successful candidate will:
• Be creative, dynamic and a good communicator.
• Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude.
• Have experience of leading a team in a nursery setting.
• Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
• Have experience of working with babies and children from 3 months to 5 years.
