• £25,988 - £27,693 FTE Salary per annum
• 32 hours per week, all year round

About this Role
ATTFE College are seeking a Youth Community Engagement Officer to join an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ provider, to help give learners locally and in the wider community a chance to learn, and progress further in their lives.

It is essential that you can provide evidence of SEND-related training or CPD you have undertaken, as well as demonstrate previous experience working with young people within a community, youth work, education, or voluntary sector setting. Experience of working directly with SEND is required, along with a solid understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and equality legislation in the UK.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and relationship building skills, and will bring a proactive, solution focused mindset to the role. You will have a genuine passion for youth empowerment, advocacy, and community development.

You would be working from both our Sutton, Ollerton campuses, and in the wider community so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is mandatory as you will be expected to drive between venues.
