Key Responsibilities• Lead and support the restaurant team during service in Latymer
• Deliver exceptional fine dining service in line with Michelin-star standards
• Ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure
• Support junior team members through coaching and guidance
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, wine pairings and service standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service
Person Specification• Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-star environment
• Strong knowledge of food, wine and luxury service standards
• Confident leader with a calm and professional presence
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
