About the role: Head of CentreWe are seeking an exceptional and committed Head of Centre to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and inspirational leader for our specialist post-16 to 25 Hub.The Hub supports young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Emotional, Behavioural and Developmental (EBD) needs, many of whom have experienced disrupted education, disengagement from learning, or significant communication and learning barriers.As Head of Centre, you will lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality vocational, employability, and academic programmes that foster confidence, independence, resilience, and the essential skills required for adulthood, employment, and meaningful community participation.This is a full time, permanent position based within Wokingham and surrounding area.What do you need to be a successful Head of Centre at Activate Learning?This is a pivotal leadership role for an individual who is passionate about inclusion, transformation, and enabling young people to thrive.
