We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the Assistant Facilities Manager and contribute to the effective delivery of our Facilities Management services.
This role forms part of a team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders across all aspects of FM provision.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can play a key part in the day-to-day customer experience, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.
You will also support the delivery of various service activities and projects across the FM function.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-of-house support including welcoming and assisting visitors
Ensure all security procedures are followed effectively
Deliver support services such as porterage, meeting room management and managing the FM mailbox
Conduct new starter inductions including Health & Safety and environmental briefings
Log, facilitate and oversee reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
Support compliance with environmental, HSEQ and related operational standards
Assist with traffic management plans, fire risk assessments and water hygiene arrangements
Participate in audits, including security audits
Provide general administrative support to the FM team
Carry out any additional duties as required by the line manager
