We are seeking a compassionate, resilient and driven Learning Support Assistant to join a Good secondary school in the heart of Walthamstow. This is a rewarding opportunity to support marginalised learners and play a vital role in ensuring every student has access to high-quality education and the opportunity to thrive.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional academic and emotional support, helping to remove barriers to learning and promoting confidence, independence and resilience.
The Role:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Support marginalised learners, including students with SEND, SEMH needs or those facing social barriers
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions to boost attainment and engagement
• Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
• Make a meaningful impact on students’ educational journeys
