Shift Patterns: 07:30 hours to 17:30 hours Monday to Friday plus Overtime plus Bank Holiday. Average of 50 hours per week.

Role Overview:
The officer will be responsible for outdoor site security at private residential properties undergoing construction and refurbishment works. The primary objective of the role is to maintain strict control of access and egress to ensure that only authorised construction personnel, contractors, and approved visitors enter or exit the properties.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring and controlling all access and egress points to the site.
• Verifying identification and authorisation of construction staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Maintaining accurate sign-in/sign-out records.
• Preventing unauthorised access to private properties.
• Conducting regular perimeter and property patrols as directed by the client.
• Reporting incidents, breaches, or suspicious activity in a timely manner.
• Liaising with site management and project teams to ensure security protocols are upheld.
• Ensuring compliance with site health & safety and security procedures.
• Any other reasonable requests.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
• Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
• Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
• Very smart with an excellent command of the English language
• Able to work as part of a Team and also on own.
• Approachable
• Diplomatic
• Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ – when applicable.
• Reliable
• Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
