Your role as a Welder (MIG & TIG):
- Weld products from alloy, mild steel, and stainless steel with precision
- Measure, cut, and finish welded works to high standards
- Maintain your tools and workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Keep the work area clean, organised, and free from fire hazards
- Support and train other team members when required
- Use hand tools such as grinders, circular saws, and band saws
- Work independently to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Comply with health and safety regulations, quality control, and company policies
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management to support operations
Candidate requirements for a Welder (MIG & TIG):
- At least 2 years of welding experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Possession of own tools and equipment
- Commitment to health, safety, and employee well-being
- Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship
