It is an ethos we call ‘the best in everyone’. United Rewards, covering lifestyle and retail benefits include childcare vouchers, car lease scheme, cycle to work etc.

• “We have an amazing team of staff, who are always committed and professional. The children are fantastic and fully engage with learning, trying to be the best they can be.”
• “The CPD, the career growth opportunities and the children themselves. The incredible effort being made by absolutely everyone who works here to make the school the very best it can be.”
• “The colleagues I work with are hard-working, motivated and give everything they can to their role. Staff are happy to come to work and enjoy spending time with the children. They work hard and there is a culture of sharing successes”.
• “That I have the best ability to teach and support children in their everyday learning. It is also a great school to work in and a good team.”
Further details about the role
