The Role
Full responsibility for a Reception class
Planning and delivering high-quality learning in line with the EYFS curriculum
Supporting early phonics, language development and personal growth
Creating a calm, structured and engaging classroom environment
Working closely with the Early Years team and support staff
Maintaining strong communication with parents and carers

Strong ECTs with solid Early Years training

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Reception or EYFS
Strong knowledge of early reading and phonics
Clear understanding of assessment and progression within EYFS
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
