Vita Health Group (VHG), part of the wider Spire Healthcare Group, is seeking a driven, ambitious and forward‑thinking Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our Private Clinic Services, with a particular focus on our GP and Physiotherapy offerings.

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to play a central role in Spire’s strategic expansion. You will lead the next stage of growth for our Private Clinic portfolio—including London Doctors Clinic (LDC), Spire Clinic GP Services, and a range of additional B2C services such as Physiotherapy, Dermatology, Weight Management and more.

Reporting directly to our Private Services Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in shaping our sector presence: strengthening existing relationships, forging new commercial partnerships, and driving revenue performance across all Private Services. With strong commercial acumen and a passion for building innovative, high‑value healthcare solutions, you will have the platform to make a significant impact and support our mission to deliver exceptional patient outcomes through innovation, clinical excellence and personalised care.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a competitive, commercial environment.
  • Demonstrate understanding of data, reporting and analysis.
  • Experience using a CRM tools.
  • Event management/coordination.
  • Experience working towards KPIs/Targets.
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South and Southeast of England as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Referrals: Boost GP, Physio, Health Screen, Dermatology and Mental Health referrals through strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Grow Partnerships: Build referral routes with local employers, gyms, sports clubs and community partners.
  • Promote Services: Network with HR teams, Consultants and GPs to champion our private services.
  • Know the Market: Monitor competitors and shape compelling patient‑focused propositions.
  • Influence Strategy: Contribute to commercial planning and growth initiatives.
  • Lead Engagement: Represent us at events and run local outreach to win new partners.
  • Report Performance: Track growth targets and deliver clear, accurate reporting.
  • Be Flexible: Support other duties aligned with the role.

  • Excellent communicator, particularly with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales driven, with a commercial outlook.
  • Organised with effective time-management.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for data-led solutions.
