Static Maintenance Electrician - Facilities Management

We're looking for a reliable, proactive Static Site Electrician to join our facilities management team, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of electrical systems across a single, high‑profile site.

Key Responsibilities

-Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs

-Diagnose faults and complete remedial works to minimise downtime

-Ensure compliance with UK electrical regulations, including BS 7671

-Support wider static team, working closely with site management and contractors

-Maintain accurate records, job sheets, and compliance documentation

-Respond to urgent issues and support business‑critical systems

Requirements

-NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

-18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification

-Experience in commercial or facilities management environments

-Strong understanding of UK compliance, safety procedures, and permit‑to‑work systems

-Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

-Ability to work independently on a static site
