Summary
Job Overview:We're looking for a site based Mechanical Engineer to deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA requirements, and keep our buildings operating safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:As a static Mechanical Engineer, you will:
-Maintain and repair:
-Plumbing systems
-Ventilation systems (AHUs, extract/intake)
-Heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs)
-Water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters)
-Deliver high‑quality service and respond effectively to client queries.
-Identify and report defects, ensuring all documentation, inspection reports, remedial logs, etc. are completed accurately and on time.
-Carry out manual tasks including working at height.
-Adhere to all Health & Safety, Permit to Work, and safe‑system‑of‑work procedures.
What We're Looking For:
-Experience working in Maintenance or Facilities Management.
-Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent).
-Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
-IT literate with confidence using mobile devices for workflows and reporting.
-Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
