About the Role
MoreVans Ltd is a fast-growing platform for the house removals industry. We are disrupting the market by offering our partner drivers a 75% split—significantly higher than industry giants. We need a motivated Onboarding Specialist to be the first point of contact for our driver partners. Your mission is to turn leads into active, trusted, and high-earning removal and transport teams on our platform. (IT skills needed)
Key Responsibilities
Vetting & Compliance: Reviewing and verifying driver documents, including UK Driving Licences, Hire & Reward Insurance, and Goods in Transit/Public Liability cover.
Driver Training: Walking new partners through the MoreVans app, teaching them how to bid on jobs and manage their 75/25 earnings.
Relationship Building: Proactively calling applicants to explain the MoreVans value proposition and overcoming skepticism regarding earnings.
Database Management: Keeping our CRM system up to date to ensure a smooth "pipeline" from lead to first job.
What We Are Looking For
The "People" Person: Excellent communication skills. You need to be able to talk to drivers on their level and build immediate trust.
Logistics Knowledge: Previous experience in transport, removals, or courier recruitment is a major plus.
Attention to Detail: You must be rigorous with document checks to ensure our platform stays safe and reputable.
Sales Mindset: You aren’t just "filing papers"; you are selling a partnership. You need to be excited about our 75% commission model.
