We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive culinary experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation are maintained. Duties

-Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation and production.
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service.
-Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
-Oversee food safety protocols, including hygiene practices and proper storage of ingredients.
-Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
-Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.
-Support team management by training new staff and providing ongoing guidance to ensure consistent quality.
-Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

-Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment.
-Extensive food production and culinary expertise, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
