We're looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Rugby, supporting learners with a range of additional needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
- Assisting with learning, engagement and personal development
- Working alongside teaching staff to create a safe, inclusive environment
