We’re looking for experienced Support Workers to join Social Care & Education in Wallasey CH44, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, and mental health conditions in supported living settings.
What you’ll do:
Support daily routines, personal care, and life skills
Encourage independence and positive choices
Manage challenging behaviours calmly and safely
Build trusting relationships and celebrate progress
Requirements:
Previous experience in social care or supported living is essential
Kind, patient, and reliable
Confident communicator and team player
