A leading coastal resort in St Ives is seeking an experienced Resort Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across its 83-bedroom hotel and 50+ self-catering properties set within 72 acres.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a team of approximately 30 staff, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, outstanding guest satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all housekeeping operations
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop the housekeeping team
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health & safety compliance
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Monitor departmental costs and performance
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven hotel or resort housekeeping management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends and Bank Holidays
