An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced culinary professional to support the Executive Head Chef in leading a talented brigade and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, quality, and developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management
• Drive creativity through innovative, high-quality menu development
• Maintain exceptional food preparation, presentation, and consistency
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage stock control and ordering effectively
• Collaborate on seasonal menus and exciting specials

‍ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Strong leadership skills with a positive and motivating approach
• Solid understanding of food safety, kitchen systems, and cost control
• Ability to perform under pressure without compromising quality
• Hotel experience preferred
