Job Title: Telesales Executive
Salary: £29,500 per year + commission
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–5:30pm (60 mins lunch)
• Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm (30 mins lunch)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Telesales Executive to join our friendly team of five sales professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, picking up the phone, and being part of a supportive, target-driven environment.
You’ll be responsible for contacting existing customers, as well as making warm and cold calls to generate new business. .

What You’ll Be Doing
• Calling existing customers to maintain and grow accounts
• Making warm and cold calls to generate new business
• Managing customer information accurately using company systems
• Working closely with the wider sales team to hit group targets
• Delivering excellent customer service while driving sales

What We’re Looking For
• A solid background in sales (telesales experience preferred)
• Confidence making outbound calls and handling objections
• Comfortable using a computer while speaking on the phone
• Strong communication skills
• An outgoing personality with a good sense of humour — someone who enjoys a bit of banter and being part of a lively team
