In this role, you will:
Oversee the care and education in your space
Lead the day-to-day running and ensure continuity of provision
Be a role model for children and colleagues alike
Communicate professionally with families, teams, and external partners
Support a positive, high-standard environment for all
Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
Champion best practice and uphold nursery policies
Complete key admin tasks and keep your DBS certificate up to date
Speak up—celebrate great practice or raise concerns when needed
