We are seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing and committed Reception Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive primary school team on a full-time maternity cover basis. • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Creates a stimulating, inclusive and language-rich learning environment
• Builds warm, positive relationships with children and families
• Plans engaging, play-based learning opportunities indoors and outdoors
• Uses observation and assessment effectively to support progress
• Works well as part of a team and contributes to the wider life of the school
• Has very high expectations of achievement and behaviour, with the energy, enthusiasm, drive and determination to raise standards
• Is committed to modelling Treleigh’s values to Thrive, instill Respect, and Empower all learners for the next stage of their education journey
