Assembly Operative
Pay Rate: £14.65 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm or 2pm – 10pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Provide relief cover to other production functions following appropriate training.
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve production targets.
• Maintain required levels of quality and output throughout shifts.
• Complete all paperwork and recording procedures accurately and legibly.
Person Specification:
• Ability to work at a fast pace to meet despatch deadlines (Essential).
• Good numeracy and literacy skills (Essential).
• Punctual, reliable and conscientious (Essential).
• Flexibility to work across all factory areas and shifts as required (Essential).
• Capability to perform tasks at DSE/computer terminals, including data input, recording and checking (Essential).
