Location: Redditch
Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00-4:30 | Fri 8:00-1:00
Contract: Full-time
We're looking for a hands-on General Operative to join our production team in a busy manufacturing environment. This is a practical role where you'll be involved in day-to-day factory operations, helping ensure products are made safely, accurately, and on time.
Duties:
• Operate machinery such as mixers, pumps, and weighing equipment
• Follow job sheets and instructions to produce quality products
• Carry out basic equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance
• Keep production records up to date
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping
What we're looking for:
• Comfortable with physical work in a factory environment
• GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Willing to work across different sites when needed
• Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, paints, or coatings is a plus - but not essential, as full training will be provided.
