Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to manage our Planned Care Division & CSS Division .
Ideally, we are looking for a Recruiter that can hit the ground running and move into this fast paced role. Additional training will be provided for the right candidate that meets the core skills for this role.
The service is run cross sites at Hillingdon and MV along with remotely working from home.
To support Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s recruitment strategy by managing and delivering high quality recruitment activities from pre-enquiry and application, through to on boarding and to assist in the provision of an efficient, effective, comprehensive and professional recruitment service for the appointment of staff to the Trust. The post holder will provide a full recruitment and advice service to all recruiting managers and potential new staff.
This is a full end to end service including:
• Managing and advising your division
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Using Trac, managing vacancies
• Payroll ESR entry of new starters and internal changes
• Interviewing when required
• International nursing recruitment
• Additional projects when required
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
