TeacherActive are currently working in partnership with a number of Further Education colleges across Manchester to recruit Construction Lecturers across a range of construction trades.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking to move into teaching, or qualified lecturers seeking their next role within Further Education.

  The Role:

  • Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons to learners

    
    

  • Plan, prepare and assess learning outcomes

    
    

  • Support and motivate students to achieve their full potential

    
    

  • Maintain high standards of classroom and workshop management

    
    

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Strong industry experience in a construction trade

      
      

    • Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards one

      
      

    • A passion for education and learner development

      
      

    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
