ROLE: Scheduler
LOCATION: Mitie TSOC, Atlas Business Park

We're looking for a Scheduler who will deliver excellent service standards while ensuring all engineering jobs are allocated, monitored, and completed in line with SLA requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
-Manage the day‑to‑day activity of the national engineering team and delegated tasks.
-Utilise scheduling systems effectively to deploy the correct engineering resources.
-Ensure first‑time fixes for customers through internal engineers or subcontractors.
-Oversee job completion, ensure documentation accuracy, and track materials used.
-Reallocate and follow up on incomplete jobs to ensure timely resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Experience working in service delivery or contact centre environments.
-Strong IT proficiency with the ability to use multiple systems confidently.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced operational environment.
-Creative problem‑solving skills using technology and data insights.
-Eligibility to pass BPSS security clearance.
