Join Kids Planet Central Support as a Paid Media Manager!

We’re looking for a highly analytical, performance‑driven Paid Media Manager to lead paid search and paid social across our full nursery portfolio.

This hands‑on role covers planning, executing, optimising and reporting on campaigns for 270 nurseries, with a strong focus on occupancy growth, cost efficiency and measurable ROI.

You’ll manage PPC and paid social end‑to‑end while working cross‑functionally to ensure activity is insight‑led, conversion‑focused and aligned to business priorities.

What’s involved?

Paid Search

· Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube, managing account structure, bidding strategies, audience layering and keyword expansion.

· Continuously refine bids, audiences and search terms while maintaining a structured testing roadmap covering copy, structure, audiences and landing pages.

· Manage and optimise budgets to achieve CPL/CPA targets.

Paid Social

· Develop, launch and optimise Meta and Instagram campaigns across BAU and tactical activity.

· Test creative, messaging and audience segments, working with the brand team to brief and refine high-performing assets.

· Analyse creative performance, iterate based on data, and deliver insight-led reporting on campaign and creative effectiveness


Performance & Optimisation

· Own campaign optimisation roadmap across paid channels

· Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages and audiences


Tracking, Data & Reporting

· Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution while using platforms such as Looker Studio, Power BI, GA4 and HubSpot.

· Build clear dashboards and performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.


Skills & Experience Required

· 5+ years’ Paid Media experience (agency or in-house) with advanced Google Ads expertise, including PMAX and DSA.

· Strong understanding of lead generation and local acquisition strategy.

· Highly analytical with strong reporting and dashboard-building skills.

· Proficient in Looker Studio, Power BI, HubSpot or similar BI/CRM platforms.

· Proven ability to improve CPL and campaign ROI.

· Confident presenting performance insights to stakeholders
