This is a full time Mon – Friday office-based role
We are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Senior PA and Business Support Officer to support the Adult Mental Health senior leadership team in Ealing Borough.
This role provides senior-level personal assistant and business support to the Borough Clinical Director and Associate Director and works closely with the Adult Mental Health Senior Management Team.
It is a key position within the service, ensuring effective coordination, governance support and information flow to enable senior leaders to focus on clinical and operational priorities.
We are looking for someone who:
· Has significant experience providing PA or senior administrative support to senior leaders
· Is highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise competing demands
· Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Is confident working with data and digital systems, including advanced Excel skills
· Can quickly learn new systems, processes and ways of working
· Is comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
· Works well independently while contributing positively to team working
· Experience within the NHS or health and social care environment is desirable but not essential.
The post combines traditional senior PA responsibilities with enhanced business, digital and analytical support.
You will coordinate:
· complex diaries and meetings,
· support governance processes,
· track actions and assist with the preparation and presentation of operational, performance and workforce information.
A significant aspect of the role involves working confidently with data, including using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI to analyse, interpret and present information to support service oversight and decision-making.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an assessment stage prior to interview. These assessments will reflect tasks relevant to the role and are designed to evaluate skills the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate in post. Only candidates who are successful at the assessment stage will progress to interview.
