Band 7 Finance Business Partners vacancies have arisen at West London NHS Trust supporting our Estates & Facilities, and the Provider Collaborative, CAMHS and Hammersmith and Fulham Borough.

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our supportive Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is developing their business partnering capability and ready to take the next step in supporting services to deliver high-quality, financially sustainable care.

You will work closely with operational managers and clinical teams to provide clear financial insight, regular reporting, and day-to-day advice that enables effective budget management and informed decision‑making. This is an excellent development opportunity for individuals aiming to progress into a senior finance career within the NHS.

We are looking for someone who isfully qualifiedorMUSTbe studying (CCAB/CIMA) or working towards qualification.

As a Band 7 Finance Business Partner, you will:
• Support a portfolio of services by providing accurate, timely financial reporting and constructive challenge.
• Lead monthly budget monitoring, variance analysis, and preparation of financial reports for budget holders.
• Support the development, tracking and reporting of Cost Improvement Plans (CIPs).
• Help managers understand financial performance and drivers, promoting good financial stewardship.
• Contribute to forecasting, annual budget setting, and benchmarking exercises.
• Assist with business cases, workforce changes, and costings, providing clear financial implications.
• Build strong working relationships across Finance and Operations to ensureconsistent, collaborative working.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance team and support the development of junior staff where appropriate.
