About the role:
You will provide a discreet, high-quality and professional PA support to the Senior Leadership Team (made up of Chief Executive (CEO), Directors and Heads of Service).
You will be the first point of contact in dealing with enquiries that require the involvement of the Senior Leadership Team. You will need to forward plan, set agendas for key meetings and manage the diaries for the Senior Leadership Team of the Council.

be able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
possess the ability to deal with complex, politically sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality at all time
What you will do:
Provide support to Senior Leadership Team to ensure priorities are met
To provide accurate minutes of meetings, help forward plan and set the agenda for management teams
Deal with Members and Officers of the Council, other outside bodies and the general public
There will be a requirement to attend the office (County Hall, Llandrindod Wells) 2/3 times per week. The successful candidate will also need to be able to travel around the County.
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check.
