We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Liaison Officer (PO2) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Facilitate meetings and coordinate project activities among team members and external partners.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively in collaboration with all parties involved.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and action items.
Support project managers in planning and executing project initiatives by providing logistical assistance.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or liaison roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results and making improvements.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £25.12
