Room Attendant – The RoleLead the delivery of clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards.
Collaborate with the venue team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in line with company and brand guidelines.
Support operational planning for room turnovers, special events, and peak occupancy periods.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
Report maintenance issues and support the team in maintaining safe working practices.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
Experience in hospitality operations, housekeeping, or a similar customer-focused environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for guest experience and service excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
