Location: Leicester
Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum including basic and bonus + other company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am – 5pm with one-hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm

Join our client’s successful automotive dealership in Leicester as a Showroom Manager, leading a busy environment that showcases both new and used vehicles. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of day to day showroom operations, drive team performance, and ensure every customer enjoys a high quality, memorable experience. Showroom Manager Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service from first enquiry through vehicle handover
• Oversee daily showroom operations, including vehicle presentation, stock levels, and merchandising
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Ensure all finance, insurance, and compliance documentation is accurate and complete
• Work with marketing and aftersales teams to support promotions, campaigns, and customer events
• Identify opportunities to improve showroom efficiency and profitability
Showroom Manager Requirements:
• Proven experience in automotive sales; prior showroom management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and experienced with CRM or dealership management systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Customer-focused, professional, and proactive attitude
