KBG Security Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Door Supervisors to join our professional team in Skegness.

We are looking for confident, reliable, and experienced SIA-licensed professionals who are capable of working in busy licensed venues and maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular weekend work with a growing security company that values professionalism and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing entry and exit points at licensed premises
Conducting ID checks in line with Challenge 25 policies
Monitoring customer behaviour and maintaining a safe environment
Preventing and managing conflict in a calm and professional manner
Working closely with venue management and other security staff
Completing incident reports when required

Essential Requirements:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Previous experience working in pubs, bars, or clubs
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work late evenings and weekends
Reliable and punctual

Desirable:
Experience working in high-volume venues
Knowledge of local licensing requirements
