The Best Connection are seeking a part time Remedial Engineer in the Alfreton area!
Responsibilities
- Conduct window and door surveys using appropriate surveying equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilise power tools for various tasks related to surveying and remedial activities.
- Perform remedial tasks including repair to frames/ hardware, replacing window/door sashes and glazing
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout all surveying activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in surveying or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation.
- Knowledge of fabrication and installation of windows and doors
- Experience in working on construction sites
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers
