Warehouse Operative – 4 On / 4 Off (Days & Nights)We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern covering both day and night shifts.Pay RatesWeekdays:£12.21 per hour – Days£13.00 per hour – NightsWeekends:£15.00 per hour – Days£16.00 per hour – NightsShift Pattern4 days on / 4 days off12-hour shiftsDay Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pmNight Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00amKey ResponsibilitiesUse handheld scanners to scan products accuratelyCheck spreadsheets for anomalies and discrepanciesInput basic data into spreadsheetsRelease loads on the systemEscalate queries to Turners staff onsite or Branston staff in LincolnKey Attributes RequiredGood standard of written and spoken EnglishBasic IT skills (essential)Self-starter – able to identify and resolve basic queries or escalate when necessaryComfortable working with minimal supervisionWarehouse experience desirableOwn transport required due to site location
