Crynodeb
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall operationaland strategic management of the practice. Working closely with the GP Partners and clinical leadership team, the post-holder will ensure the efficient day-to-day running of services while maintaining high standards of governance, compliance, and patient care. Key responsibilities include workforce management, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, service development, and supporting the delivery of NHS Wales priorities. The Practice Manager will lead and motivate the administrative team, promote a positive workplace culture, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound financial acumen, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage change effectively within a busy primary care environment.
