Summary

We are recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover the North-East region and occasionally up to Scotland.
The Role
This is a field-based role with a focus on coffee equipment. You will install, maintain, and repair bean-to-cup machines and other coffee systems, ensuring excellent service for all clients. You’ll be supported during training and expected to work independently once confident in your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintain, and repair bean-to-cup coffee machines and related equipment
Use company systems to log work, track tasks, and record service notes accurately
Travel within the North-East region and occasionally up to Scotland
Maintain excellent customer service, acting as the professional face of the company
Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures on-site
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
About You:
Essential: Hands-on experience with coffee machines, especially bean-to-cup systems
Exposure to brands such as Coffetek or similar is highly desirable
Proven field service experience, ideally in engineering, mechanical, or electrical systems
Confident working independently and troubleshooting on-site
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
Flexible approach with the willingness to travel within your area
