Crynodeb
The main tasks and responsibilities of the role are: Utilisation of procurement and catalogue systems, such as GHX for catalogue management and Supply X to deliver catalogue services to GSTT and Shared Services stakeholders. Works collaboratively with the Helpdesk and Buying Team functions to ensure seamless operations, supporting the organisation's mission to deliver world-class patient care by ensuring timely access to necessary resources. Supports the management of catalogue team queries. Supports the management of the product catalogue, ensuring accurate, up-to-date descriptions and pricing. The applicant will also work collaboratively with the Buying and Helpdesk Team functions to ensure seamless operations, supporting the organisation's mission to deliver world-class patient care by ensuring timely access to necessary resources. The role will require the applicant to have top class interpersonal, communication skills with experience working as part of a team and the ability to develop contacts and build networks. Administrative experience and a good level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel and Word is essential. The role requires a willingness to contribute a positive and enthusiastic attitude and the applicant must be reliable, pro-active and enjoy working as part of a busy team.
